What will we do?
Johanna will guide you through a fun and upbeat30 minute full body work out.
(well, actually it’s more! you get a nice and mellow warm up, then a 30 minute body weight work out for ALL levels, a super fun abs exercise, a gentle cooldown and some bonus Q&A time for adaptation)
You’ll feel amazing afterwards!
No equipment needed, just a bit of water, a towel, and optionally a yoga mat, as some of the exercises are done on the floor.
This full-body workout includes a warm up and cool down, so you can simply put the video on and GO :D
Johanna Rediers is an award winning belly dance performer and experienced instructor.
She has a background in ballet and martial arts, and is a certified fitness trainer & mindfulness coach, currently offering training programs for all ages and levels, focusing on healthy movement and safe strength training.
