A 45-minute yin yoga class with focus on upper body. Suitable for anyone, just make sure to prop yourself up as shown, and move out of the positions immediately if you feel any pain. 

You will need 

• a couple of yoga blocks (or something similar, a bolster or another big and steady pillow)

• a blanket a smaller pillow

• a yoga mat or another blanket to lie on

Ingunn Lyngstad is a belly dance instructor and yoga instructor from the North of Norway, Alta. She has been running her own studio in Alta since 2009. She also travels to teach.
